Refunded and unfilled orders

Order not sent

If you set TP/SL in the order ticket and your wallet signs, the TP/SL is saved before the open is sent. If it cannot be saved, the open is not sent. The app shows the reason followed by Order not sent. For example:

  • Turn on TP/SL access first. Order not sent. Turn on TP/SL access in Settings, then Trading.
  • TP/SL is unavailable right now. Order not sent. Send without TP/SL, or try later.
  • No current price for this market. Try again. Order not sent.
  • Too many orders with TP/SL are waiting to fill. Wait for one to fill. Order not sent.

With one-click trading on, the open is sent first. If its TP/SL then fails to save, the app shows TP/SL not saved and "Set it on the position once it opens." See Stop loss and take profit.
