Payout queue

Winning trades are paid from the house pool. The pool is not required to hold enough cash for every open position, so a winner may have to wait.

When a win is paid

  • Right away, if the queue is empty and the pool has enough cash for your profit.
  • Queued otherwise. Your margin is returned right away; only the profit waits.

How the queue works

  • First in, first out. Claims are paid strictly in the order they were added.
  • Paid by harvests. Each harvest pays claims from the front of the queue with the pool's cash. If the next claim does not fit, it is paid partly and the rest stays at the front.
  • Anyone can harvest. Use Pay out queue on the queue page in the app. It needs no account key. A full pause stops harvests until it is lifted.
  • Paid to your free balance. Withdraw it like any other balance.
  • No early exit. A queued claim cannot be cashed out early, moved ahead of earlier claims, or transferred.

The pool's cash comes from trading losses. As traders lose, the queue is paid down.

Fees on a queued profit (the win fee and any close fee still owed) are taken when the claim is paid, with the same referral shares as an instant close. A builder fee on the claim is paid after your share.

What you keep

Queued or not, a winner keeps the same share: 90% of the gain at full payout factor, after the deadband and before the 0.4 bp close fee and any builder fee. A position with a lower payout factor is paid on that share of its size. See the calculation.

Seeing your place in line

The queue page in the app shows your place in line, what is queued to you, the total owed and the pool cash available. The same data is in the public API (GET /queue and GET /accounts/{walletAddress}/queue).
